TREBOR MANUFACTURING
Trebor Manufacturing provides custom metal fabrication and contract manufacturing services for customers requiring reliable, production-ready components and assemblies. Our in-house capabilities include: CNC laser cutting CNC press brake forming and bending MIG welding TIG welding Aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel fabrication Component and product assembly Prototype, short-run and production-volume manufacturing Production from customer-supplied drawings, DXF/STEP files and specifications Complete fabricated components and assemblies Experience manufacturing products for the transportation and industrial sectors We regularly work with aluminum alloys including 5052, 6061 and 3003, along with steel and stainless steel. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to provide customers with more than individual laser-cut parts. We can take a project from raw sheet → laser cutting → forming → welding → assembly, helping customers reduce the number of suppliers involved in their production. Trebor Manufacturing is interested in subcontract manufacturing, overflow production, recurring production runs and new OEM opportunities.
